Croatian walk of fame is one of Opatija's symbols, and media have one of the main roles in perception and development of the project. Numerous media form whole Croatia keep a regular track of happenings surrounding Croatian walk of fame, and some of the most influental are its sponsors. Magazine Extra is its main media sponsor, while others who cover the project include News magazine, Večernji list, internet portal Net.hr, regional radio network R1 and network's web site, www.r-1.hr.
